In the case of the processing of personal data, which is based on the consent of data subjects for the purpose of sending commercial communications and for the purposes of other direct marketing activities of the online merchant.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

 

6.1. Under the conditions set out in the regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or restrict their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to portability of your personal data.

 

6.2. You have the right at any time to withdraw the consent to the processing of your personal data given by the administrator. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or violates the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 

6.4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract.

 

These conditions take effect on April 1, 2019.
